I kinda let the whole cyberpunk setting slide when it came to Jew Wario and Marzgurl, as they are going to be foils for each other.
In Wasteland, I've imagined Jew Wario is a (somewhat) self proclaimed champion of the people, known for his over the top flashy moves. He happened to be in the right spot at the right time and ended up being forced into using an experimental nanotech armor in order to save a fleeing scientist, who, after he saved them, they vanished without a trace. Only thing is, the transformation is a one way thing...so he can't really live a normal life the way he used to.
The suit is removable/retractable into his body, so he can appear as a normal person (due to increased longevity), but moments like that are few and far between the ass kicking (for great justice!) he dishes out.
The nanotech has increased his pain thresh hold and he has inhuman metabolism, allowing him to grow muscles at an extremely accelerated rate (as well as metabolize the excess if he needs to). His suit also allows him to leech radiation (which is abundant in Wasteland) and nutrients from his environment around for special attacks and keeping his body in prime condition.
Special attacks like limited energy projection, used mainly for punching through armor. He also has stun batons and a large "techno-drum" in his weaponry.
The nanotech has not increased his speed, but because of the combination of increased regeneration from the metabolism and the higher pain thresh hold (as well as denser body structure), he can run faster than an Olympic athlete.
He's trying to find an old friend while roaming and fighting the roaming gangs that plague the land as well as uncover the origin of this armor he's now bonded with.
Inspirations for the design ranged from Kamen Rider to Guyver to Megaman X. But mostly...Sadamitsu.
And the theme song that kept me going.

So this has a primary focus on TGWTG, it's not limited
to TGWTG only.
