Description

A request from my friend ~ScreamingMantis with her as Harley Quinn. I decided the original costume wasn't going to capture all of her personality, specifically her tattoo...so I modified it. :P

One thing I learned is trying to work on multiple projects in multiple books tends to be a bad idea.
